Most of my time spent capturing images of the natural world has been looking for beautiful landscapes in the best light possible. Light is one of the most crucial parts of capturing perfect moments in any kind of photography and I have always enjoyed looking for that ideal light illuminating a beautiful scene and trying to create my own interpretation of what was before me. The landscape and the light that shines upon it are an ever-changing part of this world and it has been a passion of mine to find those moments when it all comes together to create a perfect moment.

Meet the Artist

" While out in the natural world with my camera, I am usually not thinking of anything else. Often, I find a peacefulness within those moments that helps when I return to what most consider the normal world. When capturing these moments, it helps me to see the natural world in a way that I believe most people miss. I often feel that an advantage photographers may have over many people’s perception of the natural world is that as photographers, we are always looking for the best subjects with the best light. The world photographers see tends to be Mother Nature at her best."
